Application of WC grains by brazing

Bachelor thesis is aimed to assessment condition of brazing component barking plate. Solder contains grains of tungsten carbide is applied on steel due to raise hardness of plate. Applied solder with grains, does not only raise the hardness, but also multiply increase lifetime of plate. Technology, which is used to brazing, is oxy – acetylene flame. It will be examined two type of solder. In the first it is provided optical exam and then destruction exams (micro hardness, macrostructure, microstructure, SEM and EDS analysis). In the end It was proposed qualifications of brazer and exams of brazing join.

Usage of Solders with Higher Melting Point for Hybrid Integrated Circuits

Bachelor thesis introduces the problematics of soldering, explains basic phenomena and principles affecting brazing and points out their positive and negative outcomes, as well as trying to suggest solutions to those negative symptoms accompanying the brazing. Practical part describes a design procedure of the test substrates, methodology of mechanical tests and optimalization of brazing process. As a part of the research, a design and construction of a various brazing tools with heat transfer through a conduit, is included.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of implementation hybrid integrated circuit terminals for performance applications. It also states the advantages of each type of terminals and their technology. It discusses the materials used for brazing and describes problems of brazed in the electrical industry. The thesis also presents techniques for brazin of leads by brazers on the ceramic substrate. The conclusion contains the results of thermal and mechanical tests of the resulting connection.

Below, the detailed analysis of the existing technical problem and consecutive design of the solution method.Content of the study is also technological process of production of the barking knife and choice of the efficient producer.
